Conditions

The person arranging the contact and the new customer gained receive our “thank you” bonuses, if the following conditions are met:

• Only account application documents of Agora direct are used
• The account application documents are only sent to us togehther with the “Customers attract customers” form
• If they are not submitted together, we cannot recognise any subsequent claim
• The new customer gained opens a single or joint trading or company account (please note: no minors under 18)
• No more than two accounts can be taken into consideration per household/company
• The trading account must be fully opened
• The customer gained must pay in EUR 3,000 to the trading account at least once
• The customer gained must conduct at least six purchases and/or six sales within three months
• The customer gained may not have applied for an account in the last 24 months nor have been a customer of AGORA direct
• The recruiting customer must have acted in such a way that their action cannot be characterised as a commercial activity
• Customers of Agora direct may attract several new customers at the same time or successively
• The “thank you” bonus of EUR 60.00 is credited to the trading account of the person arranging the contact for each new customer gained
• It is not possible to take part in several bonus actions at the same time

Agora direct may end the the “thank you” programme at any time; incoming account application documents under “Customers attract customers” may then only be taken into consideration for 10 working days after the end of the “thank you” programme. After this, no further claims can be asserted. Any ending of the programme will be announced on the ww.agora-direct.de website in good time.

The “Customers attract customers” programme is our “thank you” programme so that we can thank our customers for advertising our services to new customers in their immediate surroundings. Any actions designed to gain customers for our company for a fee and/or on a commercial basis within the “Customers attract customers” programme are illegal. Agora direct shall retain the right not to issue the bonuses or demand their repayment if the character of this programme is circumvented or not respected or if any other fraudulent intentions are used.
